Attendance and Course Completion Policy
We honour the integrity of the training by expecting consistent participation. Your presence supports both your own learning and the collective learning of the group.
Trainees are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, practices and learning activities.
We understand life happens, so any missed content can be made up in a future program.
Repeated lateness, disruption, or behaviour that impacts the group learning environment may lead to withdrawal from the course.
Independent study forms part of your required hours (`3 hours per week) and supports the development of steady self-reflection (svadhyaya).
We emphasise balanced practice: respecting the body, honouring rest, and approaching all learning with patience and humility.
Ethics and Equity Policy
Our training is rooted in respect, compassion and responsibility. We aim to cultivate an environment where everyone feels safe, welcomed and able to learn.
We follow the yamas and niyamas as the foundation of ethical conduct: non-harm, honesty, respect, non-grasping, cleanliness, contentment, self-study and discipline.
We commit to creating an equitable, inclusive space. Discrimination, harassment, or misuse of power has no place here.
We listen deeply, speak truthfully, and take responsibility for our words and actions.
We encourage questioning, curiosity and reflective practice as part of ethical development.
All atendees are asked to uphold confidentiality, appropriate boundaries and professionalism with peers, teachers and the wider community.
Community & Learning Culture
Our learning community thrives when we show up as collaborative, curious humans.
We treat one another with kindness and respect, recognising that everyone is on their own path.
We value diversity of experience and perspective; disagreement is welcome when expressed with care.
We maintain a supportive environment free from judgment, competition or comparison.
We commit to open communication and repair when misunderstandings arise.
Together, we create a space of practice, inquiry and growth that reflects the heart of yoga.
